1. Create a ticket through ITFR Taskbar Icon
The fastest way to create a ticket with us is through the ITFR icon on the taskbar that stays on the bottom left corner of your screen.
Right click on the icon and open “???? Create Ticket”.
You will see a pop-up form as shown below. Fill in the form and click on “Send Request”.
Our technicians will receive your request and contact you as soon as possible.
QUICK NOTE: If you call our mobile phones or email us directly, it may add an unnecessary delay as we don’t monitor these anywhere near as much as we do our main Ticketing system.
If your request is urgent or you would like to talk to us, simply give us a call on 02-8003 4009 and we’ll be able to grab all the details and enter a Ticket for you.

4. Live Chat
We have launched “Live Chat” feature for our MSA clients. You can contact us through the “Live Chat” feature that we released recently.
To start the Chat, right click on the ITFR icon that is on the taskbar and click on “ ???? Live Chat” to start the chat. Our technicians will be in touch with you shortly.
5. Your Client Portal
You can also visit your client portal at https://itfr.syncromsp.com/my_profile/user_login to create a Ticket or add notes to an existing Ticket.
You can also see all your other open Tickets with us in here (and if you’re the Primary IT Contact at your business, you can see everyone else’s on your team as well).
