 As straightforward as it sounds: if something’s broken, fixing it is our priority. If something has malfunctioned, or a piece of tech just isn’t working as it should, one of our technicians will attend to it quickly and without needless questions. Without paying ongoing contract fees or being committed to long term agreements, our Break-fix support is a fee-for-service support method providing IT support services only as required and reported by the customer. 

*Due to the demands of the service, reactive support is only available to businesses with less than five devices.
